Varsity & JV Lose to Righetti

11-2-2006 The JV Eagles lost to Righetti 35 - 19

11-3-2006 The Varsity Eagles lose in a heartbreaker in overtime by a field goal 24 - 21

This is a game that was needed by the varsity to stay ahead of the Warriors of Righetti in the PAC 7 CIF hunt. The Eagles should have won, but in the 2nd quarter a Righetti player was hurt and taken from the field in an ambulance and the Warriors were charged up and playing for the fallen teammember. Score was 21 - 21 at the end of the game, AG tried a field goal but missed. Righetti lined up the field goal and won.

AG Frosh - Two in a row!!!

11-2-2006 The second week in a row that the Arroyo Grande Freshman Footballers played like they wanted to win. It was a great game, Two interceptions knocked Righetti's Quarterback out of the game. It was great to see Escobedo Running and passing and catching the ball again! #22 Blair had a great game, can anyone stop him?? The final score was 20 - 7, GO EAGLES!!!!!

AG Freshmen Beat Paso Robles Freshmen

10-26-2006 The Freshman Eagles won their first game!! The final was 20 - 6 and they all played great. The score was tied at the half at 6 - 6. We ran a kick-off back for a TD thanks to the help of a nice block by Landan Earley. We also recovered a fumble on their 3 yard line and took it in for the score. The second half was all Eagles! Way to go team!!
